Hello, I need your medical advise. My mother can't hear well from both ear. I notice that for some frequency of voice she can hear but for others she can only know that I am talking. What could I do?
you should take her to an ENT physician (or ORL in french) to check if the hearing deficit is due to external or internal problem. She might need to have audiogramm (hearing test) and the doctor will tell you according to the physical exam and the tests if she would benefit from hearing aids or not.
