normal feeling prior to exams ,when you feel such feeling try to close all the books take a rest and a cup of orange juice (vit c) with small piece of chocolate (monosaccaride) relax ,try to make hear some low music or watch any thing you like,all of this only 10-15 min not more and then return to studying ,vitamin c will make you energetic more ,monosaccarides will give you energy for studying and it is directly absorbed and a fuel for body ,and your brain will be in this 10 or 15 minutes organizing the information before with rest
don;t force yourself when you feel your brain is overloaded ,give yourself small rest time intervals well balanced diet with protien carbs and low fat ,drink too much juices and water
