Hello Dr. I have a down-bent penis can i fixe it to straight penis without surgery cause i think surgery would cause sexual problem is my idea right?aif the surgery isn't necessary how can i fix it?

The condition you are describing might be normal. All depends on the degree of the curvature. The normal penis has a slight upward or downward curvature.
If this curvature is not preventing you from intercourse, if it is not increasing with time (been like this since long time) and is not causing pain in the penis, there is absolutely no problem.
There are different types of surgeries. Some make the penis slightly shorter without affecting erection, some other surgeries make the penis longer with a risk of having erectile problems.
But it think that you do not need surgery. I suggest that you see a urologist to examine you.
