The change of the color of stool could be a first pathologic sign.
Light-colored, white or clay-colored A lack of bile in stool. Light-appearing clay-colored stools are characteristic of liver disease and decreased bile output, but can also be caused by antacids containing aluminum hydroxide. Vitamins and supplements may also change stool color.
Yellow, greasy, foul-smelling Excess fat in the stool, such as due to a malabsorption disorder...
You have to see your doctor for evaluation, and blood tests.
