There are no documented interactions between Granudoxy (main ingredient is doxycycline, an antibiotic) and Orthomol Vital f (a nutritional supplement made up of a combination of vitamins, omega 3 fatty acid, and trace elements).
On a side note: unless you have evidence of vitamin/trace element deficiency (for example, very dry skin due to low zinc in the blood, or unexplained muscle pain/weakness due to low vitamin B6), nutritional supplements are not useful. This is according to a recent large study done in Harvard medical school.
