Have migraine. 3 years ago i took zinnasen for 6 months and i was so much better till 3 months ago. crises 3 to 4 times a week. ttc and cant have other treatment. urgent help to prevent migraine ?
There are different treatment to prevent migraine headache. First it is behavioral: sleep better, avoid stressing event, avoid temperature changes from extreme cold to extreme warmth, start by taking the analgesic (anti-inflammatory drug) when you start having thr headache and not 1 hr later. there are also some drugs but you need to see a neurologist for the prescription: sumatriptan, topiramate and the medication you were taking also.
