why would you like to do the genome sequencing? we don't do it to screen for healthy people because geneticians search for specific things even in the new type of gebetic testing which is whole exom sequencing. if you have a specific symptoms or sign and your doctor is searching for a specific disease, your doctor will guide you to one of the genetic physicians present in the university hospitals in lebanon. whole exom sequencing is very expensive except if included in a study.however if you want to do the basic test,the karyotype, it is fast and not so expansive but it detects large mutations and large anomalies in the genes
