These blood tests results are within the normal ranges. You may want to check your magnesium and vitamin D levels - when these are low, they may produce symptoms similar to those you are describing. If they are indeed deficient, you will need oral supplementation of Vitamin D and/or magnesium.
Daily fatigue can have many causes. Your basic blood tests showed no anemia. You should be checking other possibilities including the total blood panel, liver function tests, thyroid hormone test, lipid profile, triglyceride level, and your quality of sleeping.
If all these are normal, complementary tests are needed with a specialist.
