It is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues.
Women are much more likely to develop fibromyalgia than are men. Many people who have fibromyalgia also have tension headaches, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and depression.
a fibromyalgia diagnosis can be made if a person has had widespread pain for more than three months ,with no underlying medical condition that could cause the pain.
Check with a rheumatologist for further tests ,to exclude other symptoms than this ,the symptoms might be related to a specific disease such as fibromyalgia ,anemia stress
or the symptoms might include different diseases with difeerent many symptoms .

Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion, so it's essential to rule out other disorders that could underlie the symptoms before a diagnosis of fibromyalgia is made. The following disorders should be refuted:
Hypothyroidism (already ruled out in your case)
Rheumatoid arthritis
Systemic lupus erythematosus
Polymyalgia rheumatic
Other inflammatory or autoimmune disorders
To help to rule out diseases with similar manifestations, lab tests are used and include:
Complete blood count with differential
Metabolic panel (lipids, liver enzymes)
Urinalysis
Thyroid-stimulating hormone level
25-hydroxy vitamin D level
Vitamin B12 level
Iron studies, including iron level, total iron binding capacity, percent saturation, and serum ferritin level
Magnesium level
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate
Antipolymer antibody assay: these are auto antibodies, which are antibodies produced by the overactive immune system against your own body; about 50% of fibromyalgia patients have antipolymer antibodies.
