Each day I am finding a clotted blood inside my nose this issue has been for more than one month, what is the problem here I am getting really worried?
It's probably a nasal septal deviation which causes dryness of the nose and epistaxis (nose bleed). A blood test for coagulation factors must be done in order to rule out blood dyscrasia (a blood disorder where one part of the blood is not present in normal supply).
