It should not matter whether you take magnesium and B6 in the morning or at night; you just need to make sure to take it with meals. If however you feel that it is making you drowsy or sleepy, it is definitely recommended that you take it before you go to sleep to avoid any accidents while doing the routine daily activities especially while driving a vehicle or operating machinery.
