Dr. Youssif i just realized that on days i make sport i have more annoying sleep fragmentation, and resting days are more comfortable,i didnt visit a doctor still because im affraid he gives me pills

Theoretically exercise promotes sleep, and we usually advise patients who complain from insomnia to do exercise regularly (but not late at night). This is in addition to other good sleep habits like:
a) Ensure the bed room is quiet.
b) Avoid caffeine containing drinks at night.
c) Take a class of milk before sleep.
d) Avoid taking naps during the day.
