Well, if the case is fordyce spots, no worries, they are visible sebaceous glands and they are not associated with any disease or illness, nor are they infectious. But rather, they represent a natural occurrence on the body. No treatment is therefore required, unless the individual has cosmetic concerns.They appear to be more obvious in people with greasy skin types. As I posted in your previous question, it can be because of excess sebum or skin infection. There are sebaceous glands in that area that could give such an appearance.
If you are still worried, check with a doctor to differentiate whether they are normal bumps or serious ones, especially if accompanied by pain or burning.
