Does the varicocele in both testicules mean that a man is infertile? If no.and if the size of testicules is normal and the man havent any other deseases, whats the time and the chance to get a baby

Varicocele is not a disease. It does not mean that a man is infertile.
Varicocele must not be operated if discovered without any other problem, even if there is testicular pain (that cannot be caused by varicocele).
Furthermore, a varicocele must be clinically evident (not only on U/S) to have more benefit when operating for a varicocele (if an operation was necessary).

The first exam to do if you are concerned is a sperm analysis.
Finding an abnormality on the sperm analysis will usually tell us to search for a varicocele, and not the other way around.

Usually, in normal couples, 60% to 75% will conceive within 6 months of unprotected intercourse and 90% by 1 year.
