Do AB slim pills have any side effects? Are they unhealthy? Do you recommend it for people who want to lose weight?

Unfortunately, AB slim pills have not been thoroughly investigated and studied to conclusively establish their adverse effects, especially on the long run.
The potential adverse effects of AB Slim that we already know are:
1- Increasing the risk of heart attack and cardiac arrest, especially among people who already suffer from high blood pressure, irregular heart rate, and coronary artery disease. This is because Ab Slim and other similar appetite suppressants stimulate the sympathetic nervous system, which can raise blood pressure and heart rate.
2- Other, more minor side effects include: constipation, headache, dry mouth and insomnia (because the chemicals in these drugs also influence sleep patterns).
