Do you really think I should be concerned? my electrolytes levels are always normal and glucose test is normal too

If your urine output is exceeding 3 L per day, then further tests should be done to determine the cause. Central diabetes insipidus, where the problem is in the lack of the ADH hormone from the brain, could occur in the context of other brain diseases, such as tumors, in which case the patient gets symptoms like headaches, blurred vision, and vomiting in addition to the excessive thirst.
If you suspect you have any of the above, you need to seek medical evaluation. Otherwise it's primary polydipsia (again, as long as the urine output exceeds 3 L per day).
If however the urine output is not that high, then it's just your body's way of adapting to the hot weather.
