Diet & taking urokit & adenuric 80mg my 24hr shows significant decrease in acid uric can I reduce taking adenuric daily pills to once every 2 days ?

There are many diseases that can be treated easily with some drugs (such as dyslipidemia, high uric acid, hypertension, diabetes ...).
But all those conditions should have a continuous long term treatment. Otherwise, the problem will recur.
So concerning your question: all depends also on the problems that your high uric acid is causing (urinary stones, gout). If you have one of those condition, you should definitively continue your treatment with adenuric.
In the other hand, taking a treatment with urokit is very dangerous if done without monitoring. So I surely encourage you to revisit your physician who prescribe this treatment to give the appropriate answer, depending on the condition you had, on the actual uric acid level, and mainly decide about the need of continuing urokit.
