Could drinking four sachets of Nescafe in a row hurt my heart activity?
May 7, 2014

Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
It's not a good idea for children. And adolescents should limit themselves to no more than 100 mg of caffeine a day.

Read the amount of caffeine on the Nescafe patch, when you consume more than the healthy standard, the side effects begin. Usually, one sachet is not risky.

Heavy daily caffeine use — more than 500 to 600 mg a day — may cause side effects such as:
- Insomnia
- Nervousness
- Restlessness
- Irritability
- Stomach upset
- Fast heartbeat
- Muscle tremors
