Can i eat food containing iron and drink a bit of yougurt after it and though get the complete absorption of iron and calcium??
Mar 25, 2013
Iron should not be consumed with products containing calcium since it decreases its absorption. The best thing is to take your iron tablet with some juice since vitamin C helps iron absorption.
