Hello. Excimer can't be done in children below 9 years of age. Few studies have been done on children above 9 years. Moreover, Excimer can be done to patients with limited vitiligo in extention. It's best results are for vitiligo of the face and neck. I personally work with Excimer in Lebanon but have no idea if there are other centers having it.
