it depends what type of infections and what are the symptoms.
i assume a physician already examined you and prescribed you the antibiotics for a suspected bacterial infection, then no other alternative treatment.
if you have a viral infection then most resolves by themselves. just drink lots of fluids (juice. soup....) and take symptomatic therapy ie paracetamol or NSAIDs...
