After i started working out ( like 8 months ago) i've started to lose sensation in my upper left thigh i stopped working my legs but the feeling is still there why ?
If you are talking about the lateral aspect of your upper thigh then the problem may be due to compression of a nerve called the Lateral Cutaneous Nerve. This can be due to obesity or due to compression of the nerve at the level of the lower back or compression due to an inguinal hernia. A doctor can differentiate between these causes. This is usually reversible if there is no continuous reason for compression. The decreased sensation however may take a few months.
