A month ago went through severe sinusitis, with high fever. After that was heeled I caught a recent virus and its been 2 weeks my fever is 37 and i feel very weak. How can I get my fever to decrease?
a body temperature is normal around 36.3-37.5
you dont need to decrease your temperature if it is 37. and it is normal to be a bit weak after a viral infection the best thing is to be well hydrated and have a good rest. if the fever is higher than 38.5 for two weeks then you need to be seen by a physician
