It may be a psychosomatic problem (depression, anxiety,...etc), it's not serious but you should still contact your physician about it.

Depending on your age 16 years (meaning that in these days you are undergoing the final tests in school) and symptoms nausea, vomiting, feeling full almost all the time ,this suggest that the cause in your case is STRESS.
Stress changes blood flow within the body. When the body becomes stressed, it channels more blood to the muscles of the arms and legs, causing less blood to go to the stomach(THAT WHY YOU FEEL FULL) As a result, food is more slowly digested and instead remains in the stomach for longer periods of time. Undigested food is one of the primary causes of acid reflux as the food pushes up against the top of the stomach, opening a valve called the lower esophageal sphincter. When undigested food causes this sphincter to open, this allows acid to reflux back up from the stomach into the esophagus.(THAT IS WHY YOU ARE FEELING NAUSEOUS AND MAY VOMIT) and being stressed for exams you may have bad eating habits, sleep interrupted and all these worsen the problem stress causes indigestion and acid reflux and that what are you complaining
to relieve your symptoms try:
Eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day.
Quit smoking if you smoke even shisha
Put blocks under the head of your bed to raise it at least 10-15 cm
Don't eat at least 2 to 3 hours before lying down.
Try sleeping in a chair for daytime naps.
Don't wear tight clothes or tight belts.
If you're overweight or obese, take steps to lose weight with exercise and diet changes.
you can use over the counter anti-vomiting or anti acids but follow the tips and calm down all these symptoms will pass.
