Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
Medical conditions leading to such thing can be raising in the intracranial pressure(pressure inside the brain) in the head causing all the symptoms you mentioned
other symptoms pointing to a specific condition like nose bleed or vomiting ,....
some causes might be
>severe high blood pressure Do you check your blood pressure ?
>brain mass
> meningitis, subarachnoid hemorrhage
>brain swelling can occur in ischemic-anoxia states, acute liver failure, hypertensive encephalopathy
>neck problems may give symptoms in the head

SYMPTOMS suggesting intracranial pressure might be :
headache, vomiting without nausea, ocular palsies, altered level of consciousness, back pain and papilledema. If papilledema is protracted, it may lead to visual disturbances, optic atrophy, and eventually blindness. The headache is classically a morning headache which may wake them from sleep. The brain is relatively poorly supplied by oxygen as a result of mild hypo ventilation during the sleeping hours, and also cerebral edema may worsen during the night due to the lying position. The headache is worse on coughing / sneezing / bending, and progressively worsens over time.
if this is what is happening directly go to the doctor to make further investigations and images

there is also 2 simple causes that increase strain in the upper head capillaries leading to these symptoms they are STRESS or CONSTIPATION if you strain severely on yourself that may be a cause

A migraine attack also could be it is characterized by throbbing one side pain causing a severe sudden headache

SO IF THE CONDITION IS WORSENED AND THE HEADACHE IS BECOMING MORE SEVERE you must check with a doctor you must do blood tests and images in accordance to your symptoms and physical examination .

if the condition is decreasing and the headache is relieved by pain killers like panadol or profen then it is simple

Try to relax more, have good sleep ,eat proper diet ,drink well ,exercise well ,organise your day between rest and work or study and sleep
Try to see if there are triggers for that or is it continuous ,what increase symptoms and what decrease it ,when it is more intense ,time of day ,or all the time or certain food ,or these symptoms are fixed always ,then you must see your doctor immediately to make some important tests

however ,if all the measurement failed
